Das Cushion, das ich Euch heute zeige, habe ich zu Weihnachten bekommen.

Today´s post is another cushion review^^

The cushion that I´m showing you today was a gift I got for christmas.

The design is just so beautiful ♥

Leider war das Design limitiert, aber das Whitening Cushion von Laneige bekommt Ihr auch in der regulären Version und auch diese sieht sehr hübsch aus.

Sadly this design was limited edition. But you can get the Whitening Cushion in the regular version as well and this looks really pretty as well.

Das Whitening Cushion soll die Haut strahlen lassen und sie mit Feuchtigkeit versorgen. Zudem soll es Makel abdecken und langanhaltend sein.

The Whitening Cushion is supposed to brighten up your skin and to moisturize it. And It´s supposed to cover imperfections and it claims to be long-lasting.

Ich weiß, der Begriff "Whitening" erscheint immer etwas abschreckend. Das Cushion soll anscheinend auch einen Inhaltsstoff haben, der die Haut leicht aufhellen soll, aber ich kann euch vorweg schon einmal beruhigen. Ich habe das Cushion jetzt schon länger benutzt und habe keine Aufhellung der Haut an sich feststellen können. Die Haut strahlt lediglich, wenn man die Foundation trägt und sie dunkelt auch nicht nach.

I know the term "Whitening" might scare some people. The cushion seems to have a whitening ingredient in it as well which is supposed to lighten the skin, but I can already calm you down. I´ve been using the cushion for some weeks and I don´t notice any effect on my skin in terms of being lighter. It just brightens up your skin when you use it and it doesn´t oxidize.

Das Cushion ist aufgebaut, wie die  meisten anderen auch, hier also nichts besonderes.

The cushion is build like most others, so nothing special here.

Der Schwamm im Inneren des Compacts ist allerdings etwas Besonderes!

But the sponge inside the compact is special!

Der Schwamm hat ein Rautenmuster an der Oberfläche, welches dabei helfen soll, die Foundation gleichmäßiger auf dem Cushion Puff zu verteilen.

The sponge has a diamond pattern on it which claims to help to distribute the foundation more even onto the cushion puff.

Meine Nuance ist übrigens die #13 Ivory. Sie hat einen neutralen Unterton.

And my shade, by the way, is the #13 Ivory. It has a neutral undertone.

Das Laneige Cushion hat eine mittlere Deckkraft und ein natürliches Finish und die Farbe passt mir perfekt. Ich habe gedacht, dass es wahrscheinlich sehr dewy sein wird, aber es hat mehr ein Satin Finish. Es ist nicht dewy, aber auch nicht matt. 

Das Tragegefühl ist sehr angenehm und es hält auch ohne Primer um die 6 Stunden, was ich sehr gut finde!

The Laneige cushion has a medium coverage and a natural finish and the shade matches me perfectly. I actually thought that this might have a dewy finish but it really is more a satin finish. It´s not dewy but not matte as well.
Wearing this feels really nice and it lasts, without primer, around 6 hours, which I really like about it!

Das einzige was mich an dem Cushion stört, ist der Geruch. Er ist sehr Old-Fashioned meiner Meinung nach und leider auch sehr stark. Er verfliegt zwar relativ schnell, ich könnte aber trotzdem auf diesen Duft verzichten.

The only thing that bothers me about this cushion is the scent.. It´s kind of old fashioned and way too strog for my taste. It vanishes quite fast but the scent is still something I easily can live without.

Nichts desto trotz liebe ich dieses Cushion. Die Foundation überzeugt mich und das Design ist der Hammer.

None the less I love this cushion. The foundation is great and the design is just awesome.

Laneige bringt die Cushions übrigens ab und zu in solchen limitierten Cases, für ihre Holiday Kollektionen heraus.

And by the way, Laneige now and then does realease these cushions in limited edition cases for their holiday collections.
