Ich liebe ja Liptints, weil sie so leicht auf den Lippen sind und oft einfach nur schön natürlich aussehen. Aber ich bin auch matten Lippen nicht abgeneigt und bin ebenfalls ein großer Fan von matten Lippenstiften. Im Moment probiere ich ein paar verschiedene Liquid Lipsticks aus. Bei meiner letzten Colourpop Bestellung durfte dann auch einer ihrer Ultra Matte Lips mit.
I really love liptints because they are so lightweight on the lips and they do look natural. But I like matte lips as well and I´m a fan of matte lipsticks. I´m currently trying out different liquid lipsticks and when I placed the last Colourpop order I bought one of their Ultra Matte Lips.
Es handelt sich hierbei um die Farbe Stingraye. Ich habe diesen Liquid Lipstick nun schon eine ganze Weile und konnte ihn ausgiebig testen.
It´s in the shade Stingraye. I have it for quite a while now and I was able to test it out well.
Online hat mir die Farbe richtig gut gefallen. Doch als ich ihn aus der Verpackung genommen habe musste ich schon einmal schlucken. In der Hülle sah er schon mal viel dunkler aus als ich es erwartet hatte.
I really liked the shade when I saw it online. But when I took it out of the packaging I was a little shocked because in the tube it looked much darker than expected.
Als ich das Ganze dann auf meiner Hand geswatched habe, war das Ganze nochmal ein bisschen dunkler...
Then I swatched it on my hands and it looked even darker...
... und auf meinen Lippen dann nochmal dunkler. Diese Farbe scheint an jedem anders auszusehen, abhängig von der Pigmentierung der Lippen und dem Hautton.

Bei Stingraye handelt es sich definitiv nicht um eine Everyday-Farbe und ist eher ein Ton den ich tragen würde, wenn ich abends ausgehe.
Stingraye is definitely an everyday-shade and it´s more a shade I would wear when I go out at night.
Die Ultra Matte Lips trocknen schnell matt an und fühlen sich doch recht angenehm auf den Lippen an. Die Haltbarkeit ist auch ganz gut. Nach dem Essen fängt der Liquid Lipstick aber an am inneren Lippenrand zu krümeln, was nicht so schön aussieht.
The Ultra Matte lips dry down matte quickly and they are comfortable to wear. The lasting power is good. But after I ate something it started to crumble off at the inner edge of my lips and this doesn´t look very appealing.
Alles im allem finde ich Stingraye gut. Nur die Farbe ist mir definitiv zu dunkel. Ich möchte aber auf jeden Fall noch andere Nuancen der Ultra Matte Lips ausprobieren.
Alltogether I think Stingraye is good. Only the shade is definitely too dark for me. I definitely want to try other shades of the Ultra Matte Lips.
